An insight into the thinking of a winner, Mike Schwartz, General Manager of Galpin Ford, the #1 Ford Dealership in the World for 29 consecutive years.
It would not be unreasonable to believe that you ‘know it all’ when it comes to automotive retail if you are the General Manager of the #1 Ford Dealership in the World!
But that’s not how winners think!
Our CAM Leadership Spotlight graduate is Mike Schwartz, an automotive finance and sales expert that took the time to complete all eight courses at the College of Automotive Management, achieve 100% test scores, and become certified in the following eight disciplines. Here are just a few comments from Mike during the time he spent online with the College’s propriety F&I Manager, Automotive Sales Management and Automotive Compliance training programs.

“Excellent. Very good reminders of why I got into this business and how to cultivate future leaders of the business”
Prior to becoming the General Manager of Galpin Ford, Mike was responsible for ensuring nearly 1000 deals a month (including hundreds of special finance deals) were being funded quickly to maximize the dealership’s cash flow. He is an automotive loan underwriting expert, masterful negotiator, and obviously knows how to cultivate deep, positive business relationships with lenders and others. To receive “EXCELLENT” ratings from such a professional is truly an honor.
We offer a big shout out, and congratulations to Mike Schwartz, General Manager of Galpin Ford, for all his success. We are sure there are many more opportunities ahead at the Galpin organization for Mike, and Mike will surely be in the best position possible to take advantage of them all.
