Career Coaching at the College of Automotive Management
Every student that attends the College is provided with a career coach. Career Coaches are employer relation managers (they are constantly developing employment opportunities for our graduates), but more importantly are there to be a friend, encourager, and support to our students. Career coaches take the time to get to know our students, their goals, where they live, where they want to work, what they want to do, their strengths and weaknesses and then help ensure the desired outcome for each student is achieved. The relationships forged between career coaches and our students is often a lifetime relationship that extends far beyond the online classroom and immediate career assistance upon graduation. Our alumni network is truly a family network of friends helping friends in the automotive and lending industry. Career coaches are the vital link between employers looking for the best candidates to fill high paying positions, and students looking to become the best candidate for those positions to increase their income and advance their career.
