I want to start by saying thanks. I rate this course excellent. This is actually the second training I did and this one is more detailed and easier to understand. I think it will benefit me in the long run especially with my goals to own my own dealership. I can say it has helped me in so many ways- I am more relaxed when talking to customers on the phone, it has helped me keep my CSI above level, and referrals have been amazing! Before, I maybe had four referrals a month, now for sure over eight. Looking forward to learning more. I know it will help strengthen my career and do great things for my company. It has opened my eyes in so many ways. It has shown me how to listen more to the customer and build more relationships. “I took this course intentionally to sharpen my skills.  Most of my experience has been working as a top-performing salesperson person, then sales manager and special finance manager I carried those titles, without any formal finance training.  This course was my opportunity to fill in much needed technical and structural knowledge.

I would rate the Subprime Structures, Presentations, Disclosures course as Excellent.  It has given me clarity on things that I never had been taught before, like how subprime lenders really look in depth at credit reports, what they are looking for, how to structure a deal to match their guidelines, how to calculate advances, payment-to-gross, and budget ratios. These things are extremely important, and I feel much more confidant having learned them.  This course has been laid out in a way to make complex concepts easier to understand, also, the structure tests have been a super reinforcement of the information learned in class.  A great course.  I took this course as an investment in myself and honestly if a dealership had offered this kind of training when I was active in the store, then it would have been a game changer.   This course has given me the tools I’ve been missing.  I wish I knew about it years ago.  I am looking forward to putting what I have been taught to use and I am energized and ready.”
